wrench is a command-line interpreter(shell) that can run on Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows NT, Windows CE, OS/2 and eComStation operating systems.

wrench is batch programming to ease shell command writing, ever got tierd of Windows commands in cmd. wrench is your solution! The scripts are derived from UNIX therefore all commands in wrench are the same in UNIX systems.
